Short enough to read. Yes, really. Here’s what happens to the details you give us, in words a human would use.

We only get what you type into our quote form or send us by email.

No ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics profiles. So no cookie banner either.

We never sell your details. We sell websites. It’s a better business, and we sleep better.
01What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we get your name, work email, company, current website, what the site should achieve, your budget range, your project details, and the setup you chose in the builder (type of site, extras, timeline, estimate).
When you email us or book a call, we get whatever you send, plus the details the scheduling tool asks for.
Behind the scenes, our host keeps ordinary server logs: your IP address, browser type and which pages were requested. That’s how websites keep the lights on and block abuse.
In your browser, we store one tiny note, in session storage, saying you’ve already seen the intro animation. It disappears when you close the tab. It’s not a cookie and it tracks nothing.
02Why we use it
To reply to you, work out an honest price, and follow up about your project. That’s it. If you ask for a quote, expect a real answer from a real person, and maybe one polite nudge if we haven’t heard back.
We don’t send newsletters or sell your email to anyone. If we ever start a mailing list, you’ll have to opt in.
03Who else touches it
A few tools help us run the studio. They handle your details only to do their job for us:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Resend, which delivers your quote request to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, which forwards mail sent to our studio address.
- Zoom or Google Meet and our scheduling tool, if you book a call.
Some of these companies run their servers in the United States and elsewhere, so your details may be processed outside your own country. We don’t share them with anyone else, unless the law makes us.
04How long we keep it
If we work together, we keep your project details for as long as the project and our records need them. If a conversation goes nowhere, we delete your details within 12 months. Want them gone sooner? Say so, and they’re gone.
05Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@grtstudios.com and we’ll reply within 30 days, usually much faster. We’ll treat these requests the same way wherever you live.
06Links and kids
Our case studies link to our clients’ live websites, which have their own privacy rules. This site is built for business owners, not children, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
07If this changes
If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is big, we’ll tell people who’ve written to us.
